By your "logic" then, are not two legal conditions, but four:

Bicycle OR motorized bicycle
at less than posted speed OR slower than the flow of traffic

By your logic the "legal condition" is satisfied (and I'm in compliance and the restriction does not apply to me) if I'm riding a bicycle OR a motorized bicycle.

You can't have it both ways.

Nope, you've got it wrong. The law applies to both bicycles AND motorized bicycles. If you're on either one OR the other, the law applies. Either condition makes you subject to the law.

That's the first step.

Second step, if you're on either a bicycle or a motorized bicycle, there are two conditions to choose from, either one of which will satisfy the law.
