Returning to racing

Hey all, I will be returning to racing this weekend after my accident back on March 3. I have been training hard, well for me, for the last two weeks. Pushing myself rather hard, riding in very harsh winds, doing intervals and finishing my riding with hard sprints. In the last 3 days, not counting today - rest day, I have ridden 100+ miles with a 50 yesterday, 200+ in the last 2 weeks with out nothing more than minor discomfort.
I actually feel as I am riding stronger now than before. The bike feels great under me. Question, in the next 2/3 days leading up to the race, what should I focus on? Light easy riding to keep loose, no hard rides. How about pleanty of stretching. The leg does not hurt after riding but the sternum does ache a bit after a hard ride. I find myself gripping the bar too hard. Relax relax relax.
Any one ever have a similar experience and what did you do in prep for your return?

I did anti up and purchased my liscense for road/cross, so now I'm a cat 4. I did not realise women start out a 4 instead a 5 like the gents.
