I just bought a '07 Trek 6000 with disc.

This may sound weird, but when I tried it without holding the handle bar, it always pulled towards the left side. (And it's not because of me.) Any other bike I tried up to now goes straight as it should.

Anyone has any idea what may cause this? It's my first mountain bike and I have no experience with suspensions and disc brakes.

The only thing I can think of is that the front wheel is not perfectly vertical, or that the front disc itself could cause this. Then again, it might be the suspensions that are not aligned correctly.
