I grew up Mtn Biking in VT near Jay Peak and even raced a bit in high school. I've been on the road for a little over a year and love it. This summer a may try my hand at racing but for sure I'm climbing Mt. Evans and Trail Ridge road a couple times each on my bike.
I go through a gallon of VT Maple Syrup every three months or so since I love blueberry pancakes before a ride.
you may call me out on this but I have long held that the best pancakes in the world are from a place called Sugar and Spice. Just before the Killington access road.
They process their own syrup there. So, you can go downstairs and pour off your own little jar of syrup before your pancakes come.
