They process their own syrup there. So, you can go downstairs and pour off your own little jar of syrup before your pancakes come.
You know I have never been there and for that I am ashamed
, but I'll check it out this summer when I'm in Rutland. However my parents send me syrup that is from sap collected from the land I grew up on
(which is great cause it's Free!)
