I agree, this was the absolute top of the line bike from Peugeot in 79 and 80, and it is in remarkably good condition. Most of these CFX-10's were sold as frame-only, leaving the component group up to the local bikeshop or customer. Thus you may run into a lot of variation in components on these. I have one that had a complete Italian Galli groupo on it. You could conceivibly run into ones with Campy SR, Campy NR, or even Japanese components! This one, with the mostly French stuff, would be kind of middle of the road in regards to componentry. Well worth $500, but if it does sell, I suspect it will be a one-bid kind of sale, due to the high start price.
