actually propagandhi is a band... and the trail as stated earlier allows everyone, but there are designated areas for the runners that they for the most part ignore

i ride safely, and do all the things you mentioned but, it does take a lot of the fun out of it when everyone is home from work

maybe this came off like a rant, which i guess it was... i find this very frustrating, probably more so than usual because i am just finishing up day 3 of quitting smoking, but i did want some advice as well
