I agree, Rick. I was also struck with how peaceful and beautiful it was last year starting earlier (I wanted to start at 4:30 but my friend was running late, so we started later but still in the dark (the sun was just barely coming up). I've never been on PCH when there was almost NO cars with the waves crashing. Definitely worth doing.
