Yeah, and cyclists could be hit by meteors too! Let us know how frequent that nutty interpretation of traffic law has EVER been made by a law enforcement officer. Or better yet, when (as Forester suggested) a cyclist EVER was ticketed for "cycling fast when trying to get to work on time" or ticketed for "cycling to the extent that one became tired."

Lordy, give us a break from delusional lawyer wannabe's.
