Hey guy, if you're a newb to road bikes there's a LOT to be said for buying new from a local bike shop that you like. You will (or SHOULD) get:

proper fitting when new

one or more free tune ups as cables stretch etc. Some do it for a year, some for a "life time"

Free Advice on how to do adjustments yourself.

A relationship with someone who values you as a customer when you need advice and accessories.

I firmly believe EITHER will be an excellent bike for you. The Fuji has higher end components, but it costs more. I'm sure it will be excellent.

I bought an OCR3 for my daughter last summer and it is a VERY nice, lightweight, well made, smooth shifting bike. I think it is an excellent bike for the money.

I don't know about you, but when I was in college a couple hundred bucks was worth a lot of (take your pick): beer, food, dating expenses, gas, rent, etc.
