By the way the Nyack ride will go off as usual, but there may be a couple of minor detours. There were rumblings in the choir about some crazy alternative route but the Pope of Nyack has spoken. Ye Olde Nyacke Ride will not be blashemed by any bike weenie hand-wringing over minor course changes, a sacrilige that is hard for me to even contemplate, let alone post here. I will be departing from Planet Piermont @ 8:15 or so. The Pcad Xpress leaves Chester @ about 7:15AM.

With any luck all the Big Guns will be riding in USCF and college races and the Spring Classics where they belong to spare aging bike weenie legs. Zipp, schmipp, it's all about the motor. The motor was running good today, but today was 80 miles of fun and vertical gain, which could leave me toast for tomorrow. Oh well. I'll get my ride in whether it's on the Big Wheels or in the Bring up the rear Fred Parade.
