Thanks. I can now picture this. My understanding now is that the stem/shim is a combination. Although I will look, I doubt my stem is designed for a shim like this. Is it only Specialized?

I have always wondered why/how stems were described as having four positions. Now I see how they can - two positions with rise, two the other way.
