Get the rims trued, and leave them on. Unless they're really wobbly, they look fine. IE: not dulled out, or rusty spokes, etc.. I would go for the new tires and tubes, for sure. No need to worry about them while "flying". Maybe some cables and housings if you can find new equivalents. Nice bike!!,,,BD
