If you're willing to spend 100 bucks, check out the stuff at a motorcycle dealership. I bought my shades with my motorbike - Panoptx brand. They have foam seals like goggles, but look and fit like normal sunglasses and they tint in the sun. Keeps the wind out at 70mph.
I also wear the sunglasses/clear glasses I used to ride my motorcycle with. The foam is made to seal out wind/dirt, etc. I didn't pick up a $100 pair...but I picked up less expensive pairs in clear and in smoke.
