I took my own advice and used another sock for the commute home. 8.5 miles into a headwind on a cold day, and everything was toasty

There is no hay fever around here yet, too cold and windy for the trees and plants to start blooming.

Almost forgot, we in DC will have to deal with swarms a zicadas (sp?) in a little while. That should be fun, as fun as a plauge of locusts, errr, zicadas, can be.

Is anyone else getting these 17 year zicadas?
