A couple of companies make those things. I think Rudy does, too, and Specialized.
The trick is to look up the % limits and make sure it's enough for you. I'd never buy one that only goes up to 70% cuz that's still pretty dark. Same with the dark end, look up the figure and compare it to other glasses.
I think there was a big technological improvement recently: my sister's new glasses go all the way to 95% or so (=perfectly clear), and very quickly. That was not available a few years back. I'm not sure if sunglasses can do the same already.
