go for a proper bike fitting? my experience is that trying to fit yourself on a bike is way harder than having another set of eyes that's able to look at your position from a bit of a distance. I know Cycle Therapy does fittings (but that may be more for figuring out frame sizing, correct me if I'm wrong Mike), and I've heard great things about the fittings at EnduroSport.
