I was planning on totally stripping down, cleaning, lubing and rebuilding my commuter track bike last night. I managed to get the dustcaps off by going at them with a dremel cutting wheel and then using a flathead to unscrew them. I got the cranks off, but I couldn't manage to get the BB loose as I can't get enough leverage on the tool (I don't have a big ass ratchet that fits it). I think the wheels need retensioning as well, despite me extolling their virtues during our saturday safety meeting.
