No idea.. just hopefully someone with a more therapeutic/sports bent. I guess asking Dr. Woollam @ Athelete's Care probably wouldn't be the worst idea since they have massage therapy on site.
edit: Plus they have a guy who does massage and acupuncture. My upper-back and shoulders are pretty sore/stiff today (legs feel a little tired, but are good compared to back/shoulders)... a massage would be f'ing awesome. Thankfully (*knock on wood*) my tendinitis hasn't acted up.
