We're in Carmel.

Our friends and family in Arcata and Alturas don't consider anything south of Ukiah or Redding to be Northern CA and our friends in Los Angeles and San Diego don't consider anything north of Santa Barbara to be Southern CA. I guess that makes pretty much everyone posting here a Central California resident.

BTW, I'm told that half of CA's population lives south of Colorado Blvd. in LA.
