Nitto would be period-correct, so would Specialized or SR Sir-4, even the early Modolo-licensed SR ergo-bars might pass...but you know that Konno was a complete Italophile, so a Cinelli stem&bar would NOT be out of place, if that's what you like. My 3Rensho road bike (earlier than a Katana) originally came with full Campy/Italian parts.
