Speedplays better than Look Keo Carbons with red cleats which have more than 9 degrees of float? Recovering from two knee surgeries last year (broken tibial plateau) and was told that the Keo reds would be okay on my knee. I get pain after I ride about 40 miles, so I'd be interested in Speedplays if they help.
