leg massaging for training and developement?
in a conversation i heard that you get better results out of muscle building exercise if you have the muscles massaged after a workout. i was wondering if anyone does some sort of massaging to their leg muscles in order to drive out lactic acid and stimulate muscle growth. if so, what works best? i dont know anything about this sort of thing but i was thinking about getting one of those heavy duty electric vibrating massagers. would something like that work?
