This is primarily for The Fixer, but all comments welcome...anyway, love the Cinelli and esp. the Brooks Pro. I'm wondering if it's flapped & tied on the bottom above the rails. I have a Team Pro coming from momo, weigh 175 on a fat day, and wondered whether it should be tied (after cutting/trimming) to support my rather average girth...want to make it into a pseudo-Swallow. Thanks in advance.
