I visited most of the shops in my area around Sunnyvale and chose The Bicycle Outfitter in Los Altos to do the work on my bike that I bought on ebay. The safety check and install different cranks and a new chain. They had the best customer service (thanks JD) out of all the shops. My appearance is somewhat different from the norm, long hair somewhat near my waist and facial hair and a few stores totally ignored me.
