Bikes are spec'd with narrow bars in the Reno's price range,you'll feel the difference.Get your shoulder measurement,bone to bone.Bars should be as wide as your shoulders;19' shoulders = 46cm wide , 17' = 44 etc. Reconsider ..just what length stem you'd prefer or require to want to race with. Bars, stem, tape = 100 to 200 or more,already that's a bite out o' the budget.
