At first I thought I was just out of shape. But it got worse as time went on.

Last month, I started seriously playing around with my saddle height, tilt, fore/aft position and stem. Its amazing what a shorter stem, raised, slightly titled up saddle can do.

Now if only I could bring myself to spend the $100 to get professionally fit.
You don't need a "pro fit" to be comfortable. There are many old-school tried-and-true methods for setting yourself up. Saddle height and fore/aft are key. Once you have these down, the rest is easy.
