Romic Tourer?

I got a 62cm Romic frame and haven't been able to find too much at all about it other than a few tidbits about the older frames and track frames, I read the builder died sometime in the 90s but the brand continued possibly with tig welded frames.

It has a foil sticker reading "25th anniversary 1974-1999" and horizontal Campagnolo dropouts, other than that I can't find a serial # anywhere or one that looks like it had been pained over, the lugs are very nice ones and the frame is very light despite it's size, I got it because of the quality of the frame even though I had never heard of the brand before. I'm guessing that it's a touring frame because of the four bottle mounts and provisions for racks front and rear, but there are no braze-ons for cantilever brakes and the wheelbase doesn't seem very long at 106cm with a 61cm TT,

I found an older advertisement at biycle trader from 1996 "Romic custom touring frames, never ridden, display models, full braze-ons, Imron finish, 56, 57, 58cm sizes. $575.00 ea. Call Gary @ 713.466.7806 Romic Cycle 4434 Steffani Ln. Houston, TX 77041"

anyway I haven't a clue about this frame or the value, if it were my size it would definitely be built up right now and I'd be able to say how it rides. if anyone's got one in 58 or 57cm I'd be happy to trade! Otherwise I'll continue to try and find out more about this one.

I thought about posting this in the touring section but you fellas here are pretty quick, Thanks.
