Fantastic ride in today - so good that I almost soared past work and carried on riding for the day because the weather is so nice.

I also gave a colleague some help tuning up their bike after their first bike commute of the year - they mentioned a few problems with the gears. I'm glad I did, when I went through the checks, I noticed that the front brake calipers were about to fall off...
