That seems pretty expensive for a steel bike, assuming that by "polished" the person means "chromed", even if it is a Reparto Corse. A NOS frame/fork on eBay went for about 400$USD a few months ago. Eight speed Campy is nice but also pretty old, roughly 8 years or so, right?
