hey me too! i gained quite a bit of weight in college, i just graduated in may, and was pretty uncomfortable with my weight where it was. (i was up to 203.6lbs). I started weight watchers on 1/26/07 and as of monday (4/30) i was down to 176 for a total of 27.6 pounds lost. it's a helluva lot cheaper to save weight on the bike this way than spending lots of cash on super light parts! portion control is a huge part of it, along with eating only when you are hungry. that was my biggest problem...i would just nibble on junk food when i was bored. i still eat what i want, i just watch how much of it i eat. i feel much better now with my weight down where it is. i think i'm going to try to maintain my weight between 170-175.
