I have an old pair of Look Pedals. I think the model is something like P198. They are fine for me as I don't race anymore but the right pedal makes a clicking noise on the down stroke. Can't stand noise. I opened it up and put a bunch of grease into it and it stopped the noise for a while but it's back. So I'm thinking I need a new set of pedals. These Looks have been reliable as I've had them for 15 years, so I figure another pair of Looks is the way to go. Has anyone got the new Keo Sprint model. Are they fine for fitness riding and out of the saddle intervals?
