exactly what slowandsteady said. Its not like Jenny Craig where you buy the Jenny food its food you prepare yourself and it teaches you what and how to eat. A person can buy WW foods which is another source of income for them they have snacks and even those smartones frozen meal which I found surprisingly good. I don't eat them a lot but I have a few in the freezer at work in case I want a change and 2 or 3 at home but I might eat them once or twice a week if that. I eat a lot of turkey and fruits and veggies also oatmeal for breakfast with a yogurt. When you find out what the size of a true serving of something is it will amaze you at how we over eat in this country and don't even realize it. Its working for me and I'm staying with it.
