I had KEOs on both of my bikes until recently. I kept breaking the cleats, even when they were practically new. I switched to the new Shimano 6620 Ultegra pedals and love them. The wider platform is really nice and the rubber pads on the bottom of the cleats make a world of difference. Ive walked in these things without covers, etc for the past few weeks and the cleats still look almost new. The Looks start getting chewed up after 1 ride of putting your foot down on stops.

KEO pedals are great. KEO cleats kind of suck.
