That's just harsh! Yeah, I greased the QR skewers and cleaned the dropouts. Also cleaned and greased the saddle rails. Main culprits at the moment include: stem/bar clamp bolts, cables, stem bolts, ferrules...
I can't describe the sound though, it's so so annoying. Like there's a stone ticking on the frame. Ting, ting...
