The KHS Flite 100 has full on track geometry, same as the pista. Both are good entry level track bikes, but the KHS is nice on the road because of rack and fender bosses. If you want a 'street track', theres tons available, but maybe not from your LBS. Surly steamroller, IRO angus/mark v, soma rush, kona paddy wagon and a host of others make basically road frames designed to take fixed wheels. Maybe you should ask about some of those. Riding track geometry on the street is fun though, and if you want to hit the track you're set.
