Road it in to work today for the first time, I wasn't able to get it until late last night from the shop. They had to pull the original bar off to allow the aerobars. I can't ride without them, if you look at my old mountain bike, the old handlebar extention allowed an aero position, which I would be in 90% of the time.

Have to get used to:

... non-grip shifting.
... no kickstand.
... the cages on the pedals.
... being able to carry the bike around easily with one hand.

Going to look at a rear rack during lunch today.
