Personally I think its sad that spit is considered assult, but then again, I think that this litigation-happy country needs to take a step back about 60 years and look at how it was when a simple argument could be ended with some gentile fisticuffs and that was it. now all the wimps are too affraid to fight it out and hire atack dogs to take your house.
