If I were the cop responding to the scene, I'd arrest you for public stupidity - pulling a firearm for such a stupid reason. Since I ain't a cop, I'd just stick that gun someplace you'd not appreciate, because your stupidity threatens MY right to own firearms. I've used the word stupid three times (now 4) in this post...do you see a theme here?
