From some of the posts in this forum it looks like the USA is a scary place to ride a bike.
It's not the gun thing, I think, in this string, but the fact that the OP was on a bike and she was in a large, heavy, vehicle that could easily be used as a deadly weapon. In any case, let the OP on a bike get in a bashing duel with an SUV, and guess who will probably win?
