I forgot to add: I'm 175 lbs and maybe carry an extra 10 to 15lbs with me on the bike (camelbak, pump, lunch, small tool kit, rack trunk).

Anything with less than 32 spokes looks like a low spoke count wheel to me (that's what came on my last road bike).
