I agree. As a seller, I have always left feedback when I recieved payment. But as a buyer, I get annoyed when sellers withold the feedback until the buyer leaves it. The problem is that is if the buyer gets screwed by the seller, and leaves a negative feedback, then the seller can leave a negative feedback for the buyer who now got screwed twice by the seller! Fortunatly I have a feedback number of 1663. So I can absorb an occasional negative from a seller. I still hate getting them!

I guess you can count me in on that. I always snipe when I can. I tend to get better deals. I even use a service called hammersnipe.com, to snipe the auctions when I am at work, or in the middle of the night.
