I agree, but too many buyers can be so picky. There is no correct grading system, so is it really fair when the seller discloses about the product and says that it was used for 200 miles, yet the buyer believes that the seller lied about the condition and should have provided a brand new part and expected a brand new part. With holding feed back also is a way to protect one's feedback as the latest scam is for the buyer to claim that they never got the prouct or it wasn't correctly advertised and file a claim with Paypal. The seller now has no recourse to get either the money or the poduct back, and the buyer skates away with both. I would like to think that the feed back would be correct in this situation so others don't get burned as well. It seems that sometimes a buyer has remorse and leaves a negative as a way to punish the seller. I have been on both sides of the fence (buying and selling) and I feel that feedback shouldn't be given until both parties are satisfied and consider the transaction completed. I have had problem with a few of my auctions, where I was in constant contacts with the buyer and somethings happened beyond my control, but I felt obligated to make right on my end, by either expediting shipping at my expense or refunding portions of the sale to cover the problems that occurred (hadn't used the device in a while and parts didn''t work, so I refunded amount to replace defective parts and both parties were satisfied).
