I just wanted to comment in here, saying how much Bike Forums (especially SoCal) has inspired, and motivated me to keep riding, and riding long distances. Before, I really had to work on motivating myself, especially in preparation for the triple crown, and those doubles. Reading all the stories in here, and how everyone is so motivated every week to go beyond the comfortable rides, and push the limits. Reading BF has really given me back my mojo, and I'm really into my training now.
I just wanted to go on record saying this. My box of napkins is getting low ...
