I run a '65 Gitane Super Coursa
Stronglite Track cranks (self extracting). I make this note because I have had problems on other bikes swapping to and from self-extracting and regular bolts/nuts, the latter needing an extra 2-4 mm.
Sugino French cups from Harris Cycles (fixed cup locked with silicone seal)
Sugino 107 MM spindle from an LBS bin ($3)
Same bearings which came with the bike.

Works perfect.
