Yeah, I think I agree with that. I used to ride my dad's bike which was a hybrid and had handles that dropped, then went to the mountain bike and have a 25 degree stem, so I feel really upright, and it's something I didn't notice when purchasing the bike. It's the only bad thing I have to say about it. That's why I was curious as to knowing if it affects handling or just comfort.
