Yeah, we're pretty much ****ed. I think we've already sealed our own fate, by the time we realized the damage we were doing it was too late. I'm glad I'll probably be gone before it really gets bad, I just hope my kids don't suffer too much.
that's an awfully grim way of looking at it, but also something that should be a factor when people make the decision to have kids.
