It's like the left caliper doesn't spring back into place properly after the brakes are applied. If I pull it into position, it moves easily and the wheel turns freely. If I apply the brakes, the right caliper moves back into place but the left one doesn't move as much, and the wheel rubs on the left brake pad. Should I be adjusting the caliper, or the cable length?
