Good luck getting that past the EPA, even with a Republican administration in place. So a good painter can get it pretty darn close, but probably can't quite get the full effect, unless you go somewhere that doesn't have enivironmental laws or workplace protection statutes.
Baylis did my Super Record and it's right. Said the key was the undercoat which has to be a certain red. But that's why he gets the big bucks (humor implied).
