No sir. Ze Holland remains as she was delivered. There's no rust and tons of character.

About three weeks ago I picked up a Trek 760 from a local CL posting. It has a Dura Ace hubs and drivetrain, 105 shifters, Campagnolo brakes, Stronglight headset, Cinelli bars and stem and Mavic rims. Set me back $75 American. It definitely could use the paintjob (the finish is the only detraction from this find) whilst I contemplate adapting her to more modern componentry. I have delusions of trying my hand at a novice race this year or next, and there's no way I make those changes to the Bob Jackson. Doesn't hurt that she's made of 531P - making her almost as light as a 753 machine.

Dr. D is in the midst of working on my Raleigh Professional, so I'll be the first kid on my block to have two of his exceptional works. Hopefully, next year, that number will go up again.

Dang, look at the time. I'm going to bed now.

Thanks!
